Colin Linsenman is an associate attorney with the firm. His areas of
practice include municipal law, landlord tenant, general business law
and civil litigation.
On behalf of Simen, Figura & Parker, he
represents the village of Holly, the city of Swartz Creek and the township
of Richfield in various civil matters as well as ordinance enforcement.
In addition, he represents the Flint Area Enterprise Community in
structuring loan agreements and collection.
Prior to working at Simen,
Figura & Parker, Colin clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Weiss at the
7th Circuit Court for the County of Genesee. He is a graduate of the
Michigan State University College of Law and the University of Michigan – Flint.
