Mr. Parker devotes the majority of his practice to real estate and business
development matters. He represents developers, lenders, title insurance
companies, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and homeowners associations
in the full range of real estate transactions. His regular clients include
the owners of the Genesee Valley Center, a regional shopping center, and
Serra Automotive in their real estate matters nationwide.
Mr. Parker has represented Genesys Health System in the acquisition of the
five hundred acres of real estate for their Grand Blanc Health Park Facility;
represented General Motors in the development of the Grand Pointe Office
Park commercial project in Grand Blanc, the home of General Motors SPO Workd
Headquarters; represented the developer of the Floyd McCree Health and Human
Services Center in the old Montgomery Wards building in downtown Flint.
He has represented the developers of many of the new residential and commercial
condominium projects in Genesee County in the last twenty years. In addition to
his real estate practice, he provides representation to business and individual
clients in litigation, environmental and business planning matters. He is a
member of the firm, and a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
